How can I track my order?

All orders are dispatched using a courier service. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via email on the courier’s website. TV orders are delivered via a two-person home delivery service and are trackable through their dedicated tracking portal.

What does my order status mean?

Processing: Order sent to warehouse and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Shipped: Order fully dispatched. Tracking details are sent via email.

When can I expect my delivery?

Orders are delivered within the delivery window selected at checkout. Items may arrive separately if ordered together.

I need help with ordering. What should I do?

You can place orders online 24/7 using our secure checkout. For help, contact us at admin@staritdistribution.co.uk.

Until what time do you handle order processing?

Orders are processed throughout the day and dispatched according to your selected delivery date.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What happens if my payment fails?

Failed payment attempts clear within 48 hours. Please contact your bank or email admin@staritdistribution.co.uk.

If I cancel my order, how long will the refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Is there a charge for using certain cards or PayPal?

There are no charges for UK debit/credit cards or PayPal. Corporate cards incur a 1% surcharge.

Why has my PayPal payment been refunded?

Refunds usually occur due to unconfirmed addresses. Please verify your PayPal account.

I did not receive a tracking number – how do I get one?

Some couriers do not provide tracking. If available, tracking will appear in your account or via email.

What do I do if items are missing from my delivery?

Please contact us within 48 hours at admin@staritdistribution.co.uk.

Can I change my delivery address?

For security reasons, delivery addresses cannot be changed once dispatched.

I missed my delivery – what should I do?

Use the courier’s website with your consignment number to rearrange delivery.

How are televisions delivered?

Televisions are delivered by ArrowXL with a nominated day service and live tracking updates.
