Unboxed It, Changed Your Mind? No Worries, Returns are Easy!
If you've purchased from us within the last 15 days, you can simply send the item back for a full refund via your original payment method. Please select from the options below which best explain your reason for a return.
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return the item back to us within 15 days of receiving it. (Just make sure it’s sent back to us and received within those 15 days.) Once we get it, we’ll process a full refund using your original payment method.
Here's what you need to do:
- Your order number can be found in your confirmation email or invoice.
- For a smooth return, please make sure the item is in its original condition with all packaging, internal packaging, contents, and documentation.
- Send your return with the completed form via an insured.
We’ll aim to process your return within 10 working days.
If it has been more than 15 days since you purchased your item from us, please contact admin@staritdistribution.co.uk so we can look into it for you.
We want to make sure you’re taken care of. Here’s what to do if your item has developed a fault:
My item was faulty/broken on arrival (within 30 days):
If your item appears faulty upon arrival, follow these steps:
- Contact us first for technical support at admin@staritdistribution.co.uk
- We’ll help troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues before arranging a return.
- Goods returned with no fault found may be subject to a restocking/handling charge.
- By contacting the manufacturer for support, we can confirm the fault and obtain a Return to Vendor Authorization (RMA) or DOA code for a smoother process.
My item has developed a fault (after 30 days):
All our products come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. If your item develops a fault that’s not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear—and is still within the warranty period—please contact the manufacturer directly for support, admin@staritdistribution.co.uk
For refurbished products, please email us at admin@staritdistribution.co.uk with your order information and we will assist you.
If your item isn't as described, we’re here to make things right.
We want to ensure everything you order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is visibly damaged upon delivery, here's what to do:
- If possible, refuse the delivery or sign the driver's delivery note as damaged.
- Alternatively, return the item to us for a full refund via your original payment method.
- To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send photos of the damaged package, item, and courier label toadmin@staritdistribution.co.uk with your order number in the subject line within 2 days of receiving your delivery (you can find your order number in the confirmation email).
- We’ll arrange a free return and provide you with a replacement (depending on stock availability) to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.
